Wholesome comrades engaging in mutual help ^^
Here is a work-in-progress photo of the inking process. Panel 3 with the boats against the night sky was a bit daunting to ink (although I’ve drawn that kind of scenes many times …), so I fooled myself by inking from back to front, the easy last panels first! And when only the background of panel 3 remained, it wasn’t hard to motivate me anymore. ^^;
When I was younger and had a very ritualistic approach to making comics, it would have been blasphemy to ink the panels in the wrong order. :-/
